Multiplex SERS-based lateral flow assay for one-step simultaneous detection of neomycin and lincomycin in milk

Neomycin and lincomycin are widely used in the treatment of infections illnesses. However, irrational inappropriate antibiotics contributes to threaten human health seriously. We developed a rapid multiple detection strategy for trace amounts neomycin (NEO) (LIN) milk using Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS)-based lateral flow assay (LFA). The method two SERS immunoprobes (a probe NEO LIN) were mixed applied conjugate pad, then, NEO-OVA LIN-OVA coated on LFA as only test line. Simultaneous quantitative LIN was achieved by detecting intensity captured line spectrometer. Under optimized condition, could be detected low 0.33 pg/mL 0.29 15 min with sample volume 100 μL. practicality also validated. is highly sensitive, accurate, effective. It has good chance employed food products.
